Hi friends,
A user in our cognos analytics environment cannot fully access a dashboard.
The dashboard has the message "some data items in the visualization are not available" appears in a couple of places in the dashboard.
Other users are able to run the same dashboard. I have checked the permission of the user and she has full permissions to the dashboard.
Please provide suggestions and solutions.

Hi,
What data source(s) is/are the dashboard based on? Uploaded data? A data module? A data set? A package? It sounds like part of the required data isn't available to this user. If I had to guess, I'd wager there might be an uploaded file or a data set somewhere in the mix, and this user doesn't have access to it?
You'll need to provide more detail on what data the dashboard is based on to get an accurate answer though.
