Hi All. This should be very easy, however I cant find an answer, so any help is appreciated.

I created a simpe chart in cognos 11 active reporting and want to show values as percent, not as values and chage font properties for it - how can I do it?
in general - how can I open chart annotations menu?

Maybe my questions is unclear, if so I attach screenshots from my cognos active report (admin, please format it if needed).
1. What I actually have in Cognos Active Report.
2. What I would like to do (basically its screenshot from Cognos Report).

The issue was in chart version. For some Cognos 11 chart its not possible to show values in %, so I had to change chart format from Cognos 11 to Legacy / Charts.
