Title: Change CSV delimiter in only one Report

Hello all,
I am using cognos 11.0.13 and have a report which I save as a .csv file.
Only for this report I don't want to use the , but the ; as delimiter in the .csv file.
Is there a way to set this in the report? I have found the possibility only for the server in general.

This was the way reports worked way back in Cognos 7 and I really prefer it.  To my knowledge in Cognos 11 this is only set at the dispatcher level.  If you submit an idea to IBM or find a way to do this please post it here as I am interested in it as well.
