Title: Crosstab - Hide Detail Rows (Excel)

CA 11.0.13

I have a crosstab in which I have set all the detail rows to not appear with Box Type = None.
This is working perfectly in HTML.
However, when I run to Excel, this gives me a single blank row in place of the detail rows for each grouped summary (even if there are more than one detail rows).

Any thoughts as to how to remove this blank row would be greatly appreciated.
