Hello All,

We are in the process of migration to IBM Cognos Analytics 11.1 R1 from Cognos 10.2.1 and encountered a problem with Cognos Framework manager account.personalInfo.timeZoneID session parameter.
This parameter used to show the value EST/PST/CST (in Cognos 10.2.1)based on the time zone selection in the user profile but post upgrade(to Cognos 11.1 R1) this session parameter is showing America/New_York.

My question is by any means can I change it back to show the EST/PST/CST rather than America/New_York?

The session parameters just pick up values set elsewhere.

Just to confirm, have you verified that the time zone settings in the configuration tool and those in CA (preferences) are set to what you want?

Hello

Every thing seems as expected as far as settings go in cognos configuration(similar to 10.2).
I want highlighted thing modified to EST(refer screen shot)
I have some parameter Map defined on on this values. Otherwise would have to redefine all of them in mapping.
