Title: Cognos reports not working Due to recent chrome update

Hi All,

Did any one faced below issues in cognos 11 anlytics in chrome due to recent update from Chrome?

Prompt selection not working
Filter icon freezing in Dashboard report

But IN IE working fine without any issues.

Before chrome update we are not facing above issues.

Cognos version - 11.1.R3

Let us know if any one having experience and any solution for those issues ?

We are having very similar issue with the most recent chrome update, 86.0.4240.75. I thought it was a cache issue, and prompt buttons will work once after a cache refresh and then go back to not working.

Anyone have any solutions?

There have been some issues since a recent Chrome update, but I think IBM has released fixes at this point. Take a look at the post below:
