Title: clearing of smtp queue in cognos 10.2

1. We tried with cancel all jobs and cognos connection restart
2. We tried with editing the config file i.e xqe.securecache.config.xml and disabling automatic cache

But still its showing like more than 1300 mails are in queue. Need to cancel /purge all of them. Please suggest
