I am using Cognos Analytics with Oracle. The time is stored as varchar in database. Some samples are below
'15:00 CDT'
'18:30 GMT'
'13:45 Irish Time'
'16:15 MDT'

Please let me know if it is possible to convert them in Reporting to a different timezone like PDT.
