Title: Set smtp retry interval for scheduled report delivery

Is there anyway to override the default one hour wait time before Cognos attempts retries to send emails? We are experiencing intermittent connections to the smtp server and it's a crap shoot if the connection will be working when it retries to send in an hour. This is holding up our batch scheduled reports from finishing. TIA!
