Title: Select & Search Prompt for Data Module

CA 11.0.13

I am using a data module and it appears that there is no option to create/select from the toolbox a "Search & Select Prompt".
Has anyone found a way around this to create a similar functioning prompt?

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
