Dashboard Functionality
We are experiencing a phenomena whereby I (an Administrator) am seeing different behavior on a table/list visualization than other users (non-Administrators).
This is simply clicking the down arrow (at bottom of scroll bar) on a long list - This works perfectly for me, but for the other users, the down functionality is very staccato and takes an extremely long time for the user to get down to the details they need to see. The same poor functionality is shown when trying to use the scroll-bar to go down.
Interestingly, when you get down, the up arrow works without any issues.
I can't imagine this is due to permissions.
Has anyone seen this behavior before or are there any other factors that could cause this?

I'm pretty sure all of the rendering and interaction in a dashboard is handled client-side within the browser. It's interesting that you mention this is for a long list. I'm wondering if it is a client-side memory issue? What spec machines (particularly memory) do your users have? Is your machine specced more highly?

Ok - I don't know why I didn't try this before posting, but our simple browser reset instructions seems to have resolved the situation (clearing of cache, validating Allow Pop-Ups, etc...).

Glad it's fixed! I'd also recommend users don't have a million browser tabs open too - this can slow down browser performance.
