Title: Duplicate name after migration

Hi All,

After migration to one env to another some report coming with duplicate name like


Original Report name - Dashboard
Duplicate report name - Dashboard....... like that report i can see after migration

did any one faced same issue ? how to fix this ?

Cognos version - 11.0.1
