I've build a dashboard in CA 11.1 based on DQM package ( build in FM on a sql server database)
ETL does it's work at 05:00 and finishes 10 minutes later.
When the users open their Dashboard ( 08:00 am) they see 'old' data.
When I open the Dashboard in edit mode. Pick a random visualization on my DB and drag my measure in het visualization it wil be refreshed.
Save it, and after that the users will see the new data...
Anybody got a clue what goes wrong here?
We are facing a similar problem.
Our ETL refreshes data every hour.
We are using a dashboard (Analytics 11.1.4) with various visualizations. Those Visualisations are set to refresh every 15 minutes.
Sometimes they do refresh when new data is written, most of the times they dont.
When you edit the visualization by deleting a measure and dragging the exact same measure from the datamodule back into the visualization they get refreshed.
This happens with Chrome and Firefox.
Does anybody know a solution?
