CA 11.0.13
I have created a number of data sets and I am able to use them successfully in Dashboards.
However, I cannot seem to use them as a source when creating a new Report.
Is this not possible in CA 11.x at all? - Do I have to incorporate the Data Sets into a Data Module first?
Is this only possible in CA 11.1.x?
Or, should this work in CA 11.0.13 and it is some other sort of problem? My permissions are appropriately setup.
Any thoughts would be gratefully appreciated.

This should work when you add this data set into a data module.
You can add the data module as a source for your report.

Yes, I thought that would work and expect it to do so.
However, as I am on CA 11.0.13, I was just wondering if there is an option in one of the newer CA 11.1.x releases for a "Create Report" option on a Data Set similar to the "Create Dashboard" option that already exists in CA 11.0.13.
I have seen images that suggest this, but would like some confirmation - In that way, we can plan our Data Set/Data Module creation strategy appropriately so that we are set when we upgrade to CA 11.1.x (hopefully, later this year).

There is no way to create a report with a data set without including it in a module.

OK, my bad!
In looking closer at the image I found, it seems as if the source for the "Create Report" option I saw was indeed a Data Module and not a Data Set.
However, I am disappointed that Data Sets can't be a source for a report.
It seems illogical that if I take the time to create appropriate data sets for use in a Dashboard, that I would then have to put those same Data Sets into another container (Data Module) for use in reporting.
