Hi Team,

As i am not sure where to post this general KT related question, i have posted this topic under Reporting.

Currently we are yet to get an KT for an Cognos Support project & This is my first project for cognos support activity. As per my understanding, we need to get below:

1.Technical design document for Framework manager models
2.Technical design document for Reports

So, Could you please advise on what are the expected checklist documents do we need to get before the actual work getting started.
