Title: Prompt Page not appearing or taking abnormally to appear

CA 11.0.13

Since upgrading to CA 11.0.13, we are having issues where on occasions certain reports will not get to their prompt page or it will suddenly appear if left alone after waiting 10+ minutes.
This did not happen for the same reports on Cognos BI 10.2.2.

It does not seem to be browser related.
Also, this is the case for simple date prompts too (where in my understanding, Cognos has not even reached to the database yet).

We have tried clearing browser cache and renewing credentials.
Any other thoughts would be appreciated!

Did you check that Cognos is not querying a DB while Prompt page is generated?

Try to setUse for Parameter Info=No
