Hello colleagues!
I came across a strange issue. When I run the report in Cognos Analytics 11 in the running report (crosstab, list) I can not select and copy the text in the cells. The whole cell is selected, but I cannot select the text separately. Accordingly, when a cell is selected, a window appears with possible actions - filtering, sorting, and so on. But I don't need it, I need to copy data from this cell
I tried Firefox and Internet Explorer Browsers, the same result.
In Cognos 10 everything works as it should, the problem only with version 11. I can not find anywhere in the settings, maybe you came across this issue...
How to make it possible for a running report to select and copy any data from the cell in the tables?
I'm working on something that will deal with this. Would a popup window with the contents of the cell work? Do you need this functionality in other places besides reports?
I think this is a result of "run with full interactivity":
Yes => can't copy cell values, but have advanced options (filter, sort, etc.)
No => can copy cell values, but have no advanced options

How can I disable this feature "run with full interactivity"? I don't need this advanced options.
Could you help me to find this?

Hi,
You will find this as a property of the Report. While editing the report, select the Report object level and open the Properties pane. You can then change the setting accordingly.
Cheers!

PS here is an old post showing this:
