Hello ALL,
Is there a way we can modify the User preference "Timestamp" from "use the default time zone" to "use the following time zone " for all the users at once.
I understand we can do it from cognos administration "Security/ User Group Roles", but that is only applicable for users who log in for the first time and not for the existing users. Here is the link on how to do that but it is not effective for existing users

Reason why I want to do this is because, I need to implement the local time zone setting as below and It works only when user has "use the following timezone radio button selected"
