I am installing Cognos Analytics 11.0.12 on a windows server 2016 environnement.
I set all the configuration required. When testing connection to my active directory: I get this error:
[ ERROR ] CAM-AAA-0146 The namespace '<namespace>' is not available.
[ ERROR ] CAM-AAA-0064 The function 'Configure' failed.
[ ERROR ] CAM-AAA-0043 The LDAP directory server 'mydomain.com':'389' is not running
[ ERROR ] ADSI Error HRESULT Returns:
ERROR_DS_SERVER_DOWN
ADSI Error:
System Error:
The server is not operational.
When logging to Cognos Connection, I get this error:
[ ERROR ] AAA-AUT-0013 The user is already authenticated in all available namespaces.
For information:
- I use HTTP protocole on all URI on environnement Settings.
- on host and portI set mydomaine.com:389
- Selected for authentication set to TRUE
- The first time I set the config for this namespace, it worked successfully. Once I restarted the server I get those errors.
- I connect successfully to active directory via Softerra LDAP Browser
