I am scheduling a report from Event Studio to stop sending blank reports to users.
I have setup a condition and then added a report as task and scheduled it. when I get report results as an PDF attachment to my mail box, some reports are creating duplicate attachments 2 or 3 PDF's with same content. Some of them are working fine. Can anyone help why this is happening.
I recently had this exact same issue, what version of CA are you running?
Anyway, the way I fixed it was by clearing the options of the report task and then recreating them.
