I have encountered a strange issue when updating or creating a report schedule. Curious if anyone has seen it before. Cognos 10.2.2.
When checking the box on the schedule "override the default report options", any changes made such as choosing a new or additional output format, saving the report, view, name, or even adding or removing email addresses, when you click OK and then go back into the schedule, any changes that have been made are lost.
Anyone seen this before? Very strange. And it happens for any or all reports too.
