We are encountering issues with the search feature of Cognos Analytics. Our issues have been listed below:
For the first issue of wanting to search on the exact title, we entered Donor Count Goals (the exact name of the only report we have with this title) and it returned 50 results. We only want to be able to search on the report title not any content within the reports themselves.
The second issue the user enters in the name of the report and the report shows multiple times and not allowing the user to click on the ellipsis to access report options (I have attached this example). It also will not open the report if you click on the title of the report.
Is there a way to search the exact report title?
What would be causing the duplication and not allowing the user to either utilize the ellipsis to access report features or click on the title to access the report?

I am facing the same issue in Cognos 11.1 R1, searching for a report looks for the keyword in name & description and also multiple locations and returns countless result.
Tried modifying entries in search.xsl and presentation.xsl, but no luck.
Did anyone was able to configure this?
