Title: Select Value Window Not showing all available values

When creating a query filter, I use the Select Value window that gets populated with the available values.  My window is not showing all available values (e.g.  Not all sales territories are visible)  One of my co-workers creates reports using the same framework, and can see and use all of the territories, even the ones I cannot see in my view.  The missing territories are new this year.  Has anyone seen a similar situation?

Is it possible there are security rules determining which values are returned for different users or groups? I'm wondering if this might be driven by your database login? Are you using the same db connection as your co-worker, or is every db connection logging in to the database as individual people or groups?
