Just installed Framework Manager on Windows 10 to access Cognos Analytics 11.1.1 on Linux. While creating a new FM project and after the Sign on screen, I get the Cognos Analysis Welcome page displayed. Then if I close the Welcome screen, I get the FM language selection prompt. I select my language then the next screen is the Welcome page again. The Welcome screen continues to be displayed in between the FM screen prompts, ex: data source etc. Could this be a permission/capability issue or a configuration problem?

Hi,
It sounds to me like you may have incorrect gateway and/or dispatcher URLs defined in the Cognos Configuration for your FM instance. Can you tell us what entries you have for each of these two? Have you compared the entries to the corresponding entries in Cognos Configuration for your server?

It took me awhile to get a gateway/dispatcher that would 'test' successfully in FM configuration. The attached file 'FM Screen shots 2, has both the FM and Analytics configurations. The gateways are the same.

Looks like you're using a web server rather than the inbuilt servlet gateway? Out of interest, do you see the same issues if you put the dispatcher URI in as the gateway in your FM config? Just trying to rule out (or in) web server config...

Looks like by FM Gateway URI was not the same as the Cognos Analytics. I had in FM 'vi' instead of 'v1'. It is working now. Thank you for your time and assistance!
