Cognos 11.1.1 - Single Server instance

When I run a refresh of a Data Set interactively it completes successfully.
However, if I schedule the refresh it fails with the following message "multipart Content-Type header has no boundary attribute".
In the log file it also indicates "Failure BatchReportService multipart Content-Type header has no boundary attribute".

The BatchReportService and the ReportService appear to be configured similarly.

Any thoughts would be gratefully appreciated.

Not sure if this helps but IBM has released a fix to resolve some issues in their original 11.1.1 release. Installing that might help. Also, if you have used Edge browser by any chance, try creating the data set in chrome or IE11 and check.
