Title: Restricting users to Save cognos report ouput to external file system

Hi All,

I have a requirement to save  report output to external file system for few reports.
I have defined file system locations in Cognos administration and defined path in the configuration file.
Now whenever users are selecting > Run with options >Advanced options > Run in background
All users are able to see the option save report to external file locations . Is there any way to restrict this so that only few privileged users can see this option and it should not appear for rest of the users ?

It's where you were in Cognos Administration.  Look for the "permissions" tab on each location.
