Hello, i wonder if in Cognos 10.2.2 I am able to schedule a report to be stored in a local folder rather than sending it by email?
Thanks

You need to configure a file share location for saving.

In addition, the Archive Location File System Root folder can contain "folders" that are symbolic links or junctions.  That enables you to write output to any network resource that the accounting running the Cognos service has permission to write to.

Since I don't like the sketchy vagueness of IBM's documentation, I created my own.  (see attachment)

Lynn and dougp, thank you very much for your advice. I followed the guide and it works perfectly. You are the best!  ;)
