Hi,
When you create a Schedule what is sending a mail to people, the schedule 'reply' mail address is the same as the creator of the Schedule.
Is there a way to put a 'team' mail address so when users are using the reply on the mail it will sent to a group and not the creator ?
Thanks.

You can set the default sender for email to whatever you want. I believe this is system-wide.
What you propose would be really nice. You should submit it as an RFE. But then it won't be included until a future release of Cognos 11.1.x.
The way Cognos 11.0.x behaves depends on what version of Cognos you are using. Lynn is correct for older releases. 11.0.13 (the LTS release) has a bug that forces all emails to be "from" the email address specified in Cognos Configuration. (Cognos Configuration > Local Configuration > Data Access > Notification > Default sender) This bug is fixed in an interim fix (which I have yet to test) so it should be corrected in the first 11.0.13 fix pack.
