Does anyone have an idea why the task name, task subject, and task description won't populate in the Human Task Service tables when you run a query against it? The data was entered and even when you look at the My Tasks, the data is also present there.
Waiting jobs tend to be email issues. I.e. server is not up or configured, incorrect email address etc.
What do the server logs say ?
Is there any extra things set in the schedule for those jobs like saving to an external directory ?
This is for the task feature in Cognos, not the scheduling. See attached. Thank you for your response though.
