Title: Cannot open report message

We have a user who is attempting to access a report from the recent panel and when she clicks on the ellipsis>run report, she receives a message that drops downs from the middle "Cannot Open Report". This also occurs when she clicks on the name of the report and when she goes to the individual report location within the folder she also receives this message. We have a number of other individuals that access this report (including myself) and do not receive this message. She has tried multiple browsers and multiple PC's and she continues to receive this message. We do not have permission restrictions on the packages that are associated with this report.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I have seen this behavior when the "recent" report no longer exists.
Are you sure that her path to the "recent" report is the same as everyone else's?

Otherwise, have her do a "remove from recent" and then navigate to the location where the report exists and then run/open that one time.
That should refresh the "recent" report for her to use the next time.

Thanks Adam. Yes she has also attempted to access the report from its direct location as well and still receives the Cannot Open Report.
