Various users stating their Team Content folder is empty or blank. We help them clear their cache (it may or may not resolve), try F12 to capture additional information (this sometimes results in a temporary resolution) and have them use InPrivate browsing mode. But the issue will return, sometime multiple times a day, some days it may not happen at all.
F12 returns this additional information:
