Title: How to show actual values and percentages in pie charts cognos ver 11.0.11
Post by: sparks23 on 05 Dec 2018 04:22:11 AM
Hello Everyone,

Any guidance on how I can display both an actual value and its percentage in a pie chart ? Example : is to have 10 (20%) in a pie slice ? Using cognos analytics version is 11.0.11.

Any advise and help will be much appreciated.

Regards

You can do this with "Charts" but not in the "New visualizations". Click the funnel on the top right of the Visualization Gallery and select charts, then choose a pie. There is a property for the pie to show values and you can choose to show absolute, percentage, or both. These don't go on the pie slices but all around the pie (or aligned left and right of the pie) with or without leader lines.

I don't see any options to do this in the new or legacy visualizations.
