Not seeing it listed in the Supported Environments page for CA, so I'd say the answer is a pretty definite no.

Thanks MF, if I add a LDAP for cognos, do you think it is possible to login CA by OAthu?

In theory, you might be able to do a custom authentication provider. But obviously IBM cannot be expected to provide you support for such a customization.

You will need an experienced and security-conscious developer, and a copy of the Cognos SDK.
