Sorry up front but I am thoroughly confused with the need for ARR in IIS. :'(
I have Cognos 11.0.13 installed and IIS setup and working (not SSO site)

I have been told that I need to install ARR in IIS for Cognos 11 to work correctly.

Could someone please explain to me if this is correct and or why ARR is required for a non SSO cognos 11 install
