Title: adding text item(header or title) to column in crosstab

Hi

I have problem on adding header/title in crosstabb corner. I have 3 column that need me to add in title/header but I cannot find the way to add the title. please help. refer my attachment for sample

Click on the section  you have selected and change the 'Source Type' to 'Text'.
