I would like to set all scheduling capabilities as read-only for the users.
When I set the capability Scheduling (Cognos Administration Console) for the users on "Grant-> Read-only", than are the scheduling options not available.
The "Grant-> Traverse" must be on, only than can the users see the "My schedules and subsciptions" option and the "Schedules" tab at the report properties. The users can now open and change the schedules. When if the write checkbox (and all the other options) is set as 'deny', the user can still make changes.
I've also tested with the capabilities on a deeper level like "Schedule by day, etc", but the user can still edit (enable and remove) the schedules.
Restricting users by the customization option is also no solution for this problem.
