Please in a BRIEF comment why should someone consider upgrading from Cognos 8.2 to Cognos 8.3 ?

Virutal seems ok for me because i can't physically be at the launch event.

Or you could download the Cognos 8.3 New Features guide from the support.cognos.com site in the meantime.
