Title: Cognos Analytics Portal is Slow

We recently upgraded from Cognos 10.2.2 FP7 to Cognos 11.0.10. We are observing the Cognos 11 is sluggish compared to 10.2.2. even in basic tasks like logging in, loading menu items, prompt pages, etc. Does anyone have any suggestions ?

Is it about a report running slower or overall. I dont see much difference in report execution times.
