Title: Sending Report only when there is data returned

We have a bunch of Cognos reports scheduled that often times are sending reports when there are no data rows returned.

Does anyone have a solution that would allow reports to be sent only when there are rows returned in the report? I would make sense to me that the scheduler should have the ability to take care of this but I can't seem to find a solution anywhere.

Event Studio will do that, but it only works in Internet Explorer.

Doesn't appear that we have Event Studio. How would I tell?
