Hi All,

We have cognos version 10.2.1; I've encountered an issue , when the report is run in html ,the sort in crosstab node is correct in ascending; But the output in Excel 2007,Then the sort in crosstab node is becomes in descending.

Any Suggestion? Is this a cognos bug?We don't install any fixed packed yet.

Hi Mark - have you specified the sort sequence in your report?

Hi,Yes I've already setup the advance sort order in the report.

Hi,

I've setup my custom sort in advance soting as ascending, When running in html.The sorting is correct as ascending. But when i've export it in excel 2007 ,the sort is become desending.

Is this a cognos bug ?

Hi,

1.)In this,i've used crosstab.

2.)This is also the same when i've used chart.In html,the sort ascending is correct,but in excel the sort become descending.
