Hi All,

I have installed Cognos 10.2.2 on linux environment.

1 dispatcher
1 content store

when i start the cognos services using cogstartup.sh file, the services starts the URL doesn't work. and eventually, the services keep starting again and again.

when i use startwlp.sh, the services start and URL is accessiable.

Can you help me with the root cause for this issue.

How long does it take you before you can access cognos connection after starting the service?
The thing is, the wait period you are having might be normal. Usually after starting the service, you ought to wait about 5mins or so before you fire up Cognos Connection.

if is start cognos services using cogconfig.sh , the cognos connections never shows up.

if is start cognos services using startwlp.sh, the cognos connections shows up after 5 min.
