Title: IIS with ARR
Post by: sdf on 16 Jul 2018 02:15:13 PM
hi gurus,

I was just wondering what's the reason/s for configuring IIS on CA11 with Application request rerouting(ARR)?
Is it necessary?

The servlet gateway doesn't support single signon. You need a web server for that.

Cheers!

Just a follow up here,

Say we are not using the cognos SSO.
Cognos is integrated into another system.
We use CJAP for the authentication.

Is there a value for us configuring IIS with ARR or we can skip ARR and stick to the usual IIS setup.
