Hi all,
I am trying file uploading for the first time in ICA and I'm getting the following error during the upload process "Could not fetch uploaded file contents: An unknown error has occurred"
My environment is: ICA 11.0.12; Windows Server 2016; DB2 database; MS Office 2016. Logged in as System Admin.
The file I'm uploading is SampleFile_GOSales.xls from the installed Cognos Samples. After the upload process is finished, the uploaded file does appear in My Content. However, when I try using it to create a Data Module, all columns are grayed out and are not accessible.
But strangely, in My Content, if I select "More > Update file", the file updates successfully and becomes a usable Data Module source file.
So my question is - Why do I get the error message on the initial upload?
Any thoughts and/or solutions would be appreciated... *^_^*
might be a bug in the current version.
