Title: Format "Previous Day"

I am trying to change the title of a list column showing ([Previous Day (2018-02-01)] from the time hierarchy to display simply 2018-02-01. It seems to be a pretty simple thing but for some reason I am stuck. :(

Any suggestions?

Let us know what you did to change the Column Title, and didn't work?
