While Running a report in Cognos 8.2 Report Net,We come across the following error
"The request time out specified in the options dialog box has been exceeded"
We have tried out the following methods
Tools-->Options-->Request Time Out
we increased the seconds in the dialog box
still its not working....
can anyone help us in this regard

The request timeout is governed overall based on the governor settings defined in the package (from Framework Manager) and/or the queue timeout parameter set by the Cognos 8 server administrator. You may want to revisit these to increase them as appropriate.
