Title: How to drilldown on two dimension of a crosstab

Hello Cognos Gurus

I have a Crosstab with two dimension on the horizontal Department and Portfolio

                                  | Cost |
                                  ---------
Department | Portfolio |


Drilldown on Department works well, but I'm not able to enable drilldown on Porfolio.  Is this as designed or do I miss something?
