When we run a report to HTML and export to Excel 2007 Format, we receive this error:
Unable to load balance a request with absolute affinity, most likely due to a failure to connect to the remote dispatcher. See the remote dispatcher detailed logs for more information. Check the health status of the installed system by using the dispatcher diagnostics URIs.
We have checked the settings in Cognos Configuration and the seconds are set to 3000 for the timeout. It is hit and miss and doesn't always happen but it is happening more frequently than it used to.
Any suggestions in how to correct this error?
