Title: IIS7.0 configuration for CGI access

how do i configure IIS 7.0 in windows vista to accept cgi?
I can see the cgi module in IIS 7. i even allowed it. But i couldn't see the welcome page for cognos 8.3.
Please let me know if i need to configure someother things for IIS 7.
