I am using COGNOS BA 11.0.9.
I am looking at the instructions for configuring SSL for all components in the configuration manager.
It says this:
To configure SSL for all connections, enter the same URI for both the Internal dispatcher URI, External dispatcher URI, and Dispatcher URI for external applications properties. Enter https and a port number for SSL communication.
Out of the box, each of these have different URIs.
External Dispatcher URI: http://cognosanalytics.XXXX:9300/p2pd/servlet/dispatch
Internal Dispatcher URI: http://localhost:9300/p2pd/servlet/dispatch
Dispatcher URI for External Applications: http://cognosanalytics.XXXX:9300/bi/v1/disp
I am not sure what to put for the URI if they are all supposed to be the same. Thoughts?
I've been working on this with IBM all week long and mine is still not working but I think your links look correct (mine are the same). Not a lot of documentation on their site and a LOT of broken links. I'll let you know what I find out.
