Hello, is it possible to create a static value, that is based on a level, and display it in a chart, similar to a baseline?

I was thinking of something like

if(roleValue('_memberCaption';[PERIODER])='2018')
then (6700)
else (7000)

So what I want is a line that displays this, no matter what I select or drill down/up in the chart.

I'm on 10.2.2 with Dynamic Cubes as source.
